Several changes and fixes

If we have 1000 points, we have a triple shot every 5 shots, and at 5,000 points we have arrows all the time and only boss spawns are activated
I added a Continue button under the esc
If we take damage, the border around the screen will blink red
and added music volume bar but only when paused (not full).
