Dash and balanced game :D

From now on, you can enjoy the dash thanks to which you can kill opponents and their bullets and boost powerUps ("space" to dash)
we also have a new powerup that speeds up cooldawn dash
And the maximum number of enemies on the map is 35 people
There have also been some minor fixes.
